American rapper, DMX (real name Earl Simmons) is facing some legal trouble yet again. The 44-year-old star was arrested on Tuesday on a contempt of court charge. DMX , who has been repeatedly arrested over the years, has been retaken to court by former wife, Tashera Simmons with whom he has four kids, for not paying child support.

The case, for which the rapper has already served a six-month jail time, was first addressed in July and later dismissed in September on grounds that the sentence was faulty. Although DMX was released on Tuesday, he is slated to return to court on the 18th of November. DMX, who was recently spotted in the studio with ace producer, Swizz Beats, complained that being incarcerated will keep him from making money and affect his image.
